Phase One to Begin in Fall 2017
Established in 1945, Medelmans Lake is developing into one of Nebraska's premier spots for residential lake properties. Phase One work is set to begin this fall on Medelmans Lake and will consist of nine level lots, five walkout lots, and four off-lake villa lots. These eighteen lots will all include water access to the lake. Projects in the Phase One work also include a marina, boat ramp, trailer parking and a staging area. A community building near the marina is being considered to enjoy gatherings and get-togethers within the lakefront community.
